Yes, we have our own samples and design department to offer design services. We also offer a confidentiality "business secret contract" for design security.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the custom order quantity is 500 pcs. For first-time orders, we accept smaller quantities to help test your market and quality requirements.
How long is the production delivery time?
Mass production typically takes 30-45 days after confirmation, depending on the actual quantity. Sample times range from 3-7 days for blank samples and 3-15 days for customized designs.
Can I print my custom logo on the product?
Yes. Simply send us your logo in an AI file format, and our designers will create a mock-up for your approval.
Are samples available before placing a formal order?
We provide custom samples based on your specific demands so you can evaluate the material and craftsmanship before bulk production.
Which quality standards can your products meet?
Our products can conform to both EU and USA chemical standards, including REACH, AZO free, low lead, EN71, and Phthalate free requirements upon request.
